Richard “Rick” was born in Ohio and moved to Florida at an early age. He attended elementary and high school in Englewood. Rick then attended college at Manatee Community College and International College in Fort Myers. He attended Law School at St. Thomas School of Law in Miami and graduated in 2001. Since, being admitted to the bar he has practiced in Criminal and Personal Injury Law. Rick worked in the Public Defenders Office in Labelle and then accepted a job at the Law Office of Robert DiStefano in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where he did Personal Injury and Criminal Law.
As well as being a member of the Florida Bar, Rick is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and founding member of the Charlotte County chapter of the FACDL.
Rick and his wife Lynn have two children and live in the North Port Area and spend their off time at the Miss North Port Softball fields and traveling with their daughter to softball tournaments around the area.
