Scott Weinberg grew up in Chicago, Illinois and Northern Virginia. Mr. Weinberg attended Marshall University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in History, with Honors. While attending Marshall University, Mr. Weinberg was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and various other student organizations. After Marshall University Mr. Weinberg attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he graduated in the top of his class with honors. After law school Mr. Weinberg worked at the 20th Circuit States Attorney's Office, in their Punta Gorda office for one year. With his time at the States Attorney's Office, Mr. Weinberg showed extreme dedication and resolve and was able to try over 30 jury trials as a prosecutor.

Mr. Weinberg comes from a long line of attorneys. Both his grandfathers were attorneys and both his parents are criminal trial attorneys. Mr. Weinberg is married and has a daughter. In his free time, Mr. Weinberg enjoys many outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
